Using Clypex

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity performed with your credentials and API keys.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes one website. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Account › Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; started periods are not refunded unless required by law.

Your content and stores

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant Clypex the licence needed to host, display, and back up that content. You are responsible for the legality of your products and for your own terms and refund policy.

Acceptable use

No illegal goods, fraud, malware, phishing, stolen accounts, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend a store that violates these rules or endangers the platform.

Payments and payouts

Payments run through connected providers under their own terms. Chargebacks, disputes, and provider fees are passed through to the store owner.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard whenever possible.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
