Privacy Policy
How Clypex collects, uses, and protects the data of store owners and their customers. Last updated 31 August 2026.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), store configuration, billing metadata returned by our payment providers, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps.
How we use it
To operate your stores, process orders and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send service notifications. We never sell personal data.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (for example Stripe). Clypex stores only tokens and the last four digits needed to display an order.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers in the EU and US and retained while your account is active. After account deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Account › Profile, or by writing to support@clypex.io. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session security, plus optional analytics cookies that you can disable in your browser without losing functionality.
